SUN group of companies was created March 1, 1998.
Today SUN group of companies is:

• World’s first International UV-print workshops network SUN Studio – the brand owned by OJSC “SUN Franchising Company”.
• Ink and hi-tech chemical products plant – the single one in CIS and Russia.
• Inkjet printing machinery plant – the single one in CIS and Russia.
• One of Russia’s best chemical development labs.
• Digital printing, electronics and software hi-tech equipment development department.
• International Service Center in 14 countries with more than 70 service engineers operating.
• Printing Academy founded in 2010 in common with the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation and based on the Novosibirsk State printing technical school is based on SUN’s idea, sponsorship, educational techniques, technical documents, equipment and machinery. Printing Academy graduates receive State diplomas.
• More than 40 dealers presents SUN in all over the world.
• More than 300 employees are working for SUN worldwide. 60 of them are developers: physicist, chemists, engineers, technical and electronic designers etc.

25% of the SUN holding company is owned by the Government of the Russian Federation through the State Corporation RUSNANO,
20% is owned by Capital Group URALSIB ,
55% shares are owned by Vladislav Mirchev – the SUN Company founder.

Our history begun in March 1, 1998 in Novosibirsk, Russia as wide-printers equipment selling company was founded. The newborn SUN Company primal goal was to sell outdoor ads expendables and lighting equipment. In 2003 SUN Company started Chinese solvent printers Infinity sales.

Industry massive growth gave impetus for SUN steadfast development. In 2005 SUN founded Russia’s largest service center and research lab to encourage innovative developments. The first Russian solvent ink was made. SUN Company made a step from the resale to the printing equipment production.

Product range was expanded greatly to laser engravers, mill cutters and LED-displays besides inkjet printers.

Sales network was spread widely. SUN Company is represented in Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Samara, Irkutsk, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Kazan and Kiev (Ukraine). Since 2007 Kazakhstan branch is working in Almaty.

In 2006 the only Russian ink production plant was started to produce new SunFlower ink brand.

In 2007 SUN Company stepped out to international market with its own products. SUN Company is the UV-LED technology developer that makes a revolution in printing: the ink solidification is obtained by LED UV-radiation. Energy saving, safe and economical machinery could be based on this technology which arouse customers massive interest worldwide.
In 2008 SUN presented Worlds’ exclusive 100%-ecological NEO UV-LED Evolution printer with innovative high speed data transfer electronics. SUN also presented nanotech made exclusive SunFlower NANOInk with high color intensity. These two innovations became a sensation on large-print market.
In 2009 SUN Company begin spreading the World’s first franchising UV-printing centers SUN Studio network. Today more than 50 SUN Studio operates worldwide.

SUN Company isn’t complacent. New technologies research and development, SUN products quality and properties improvement goes on. SUN Company takes part in all major international exhibitions and innovational forums and fairs: FESPA (Spain, India, Switzerland), SGIA (USA), VISCOM (Spain, France, Italy, Germany), DRUPA (Germany), Glasstec (Germany), Integration-2008 Tomsk (Russia), St. Petersburg Forum (Russia), Global Connect (Germany) and others.
