Know-how

* New printhead unit with 10 printheads (2 printheads for each color) ensures speedy printing 20 sq.m./h
* 4 UV-LED modules for full curing during high speed printing!
* The vacuum assisted belt feeding system allows:

  • Printing on sheet materials even to the edges.
  • Printing of sheet materials of any length due to the modular design of feed tables which can be combined to over 10 meters in length.
  • Stable feeding of any sheet and rigid material weighing up to 70 kg.

* The simple link up of any additional devices as an option. The data cable passes through the whole printer and has only one centre instead of many motherboards and cables as it was earlier.
* An operating console lightens the operator's work and gives savings of service time of up to 30%. Also the operating console can support different languages.
* It is easy access to subsystem for mechanics and printheads servicing.

Coming up in the nearest future:

Security system similar to "black box" - information about all the fulfilled operations has to be kept in the system i.e. printed out files, quantity of waste etc. Also an operator will be able to identify the reason for any bugs very quickly. This will reduce service costs and production down time.

Internet managing - the owner can get complete reports about printers work via e-mail (time of work, quantity of ink that was spent, metric area etc.). Remote control and remote diagnostics are to be fulfilled by SUN specialists as well as monitoring the printheads condition.
