Field of activities of our Service Center is presales preparation and installations of equipment at the customer’s side, warranty and out-of-warranty maintenance of equipment, staff training to use equipment, rendering of services to color profiling, providing of new technologies in printing, technical support of our clients, printing heads diagnostics and cleaning.
There are more than 50 service engineers at present. All engineers are trained on the basis of Service Center and at factories-manufacturers, personnel certification is quarterly spent, trainings for the purpose of improvement of professional skill are carried out.
Qualification of engineers allows to serve a wide range of the equipment – large-format solvent and UV-printers, milling engravers equipment, laser engravers equipment, LED-displays, cutting plotters. Also change of inks of other manufacturers to the ink`s of SUN company on printers manufactured by other companies are carried out. Collected experience and qualification of engineers allows to install monthly up to 30 units of equipment on all territory of the Russian Federation, the CIS and abroad and to provide technical support more than 1000 units of the sold equipment.
Base platform of Service Center located in Berdsk, the area of a territory is around 600 sq. m. where there are shows-room with the equipment and the training centre for training of the personnel of client and internal training of personnel of Service Center. The Service Centre has independent divisions in following cities: Moscow, Rostov-on-Don, Ekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kiev (Ukraine), Almaty (Kazakhstan) where there are shows-rooms for equipment demonstration. Besides, service engineers work in Cambrai (France), to provide technical support of dealers in Europe and also representative offices in Australia (Gold Coast), India (New Delhi) and China (Shanghai).
For operative reaction on the basis of Service Center it was created modern call-centre. All entering calls register. Engineers of technical support of our Centre manage history of problems of our clients. Due to the saved up information and a wide experience, and also instant reaction we can operatively solve the majority of standard problems distantly, without travel to the client.
For support of installed equipment in each division of Service Center on territories of the Russian Federation, the CIS and abroad there are warehouses of spare parts for warranty and out-of-warranty supports of all range of equipment. In warehouses always available both consumables and complicated elements of electronics and mechanics.
