Open architecture principle of SunJet
- ► Without basic kit replacement:
- ► Set a new sensing element to your hardware

Basic SunJet kit contains:
1) Single-board computer with Linux operating system installed

transfers data from single-board computer to printing carriage board
high speed of data transfer (450 Mbit/s) allows theoretically to reach the frequency of about 30 KHz

Light-emitting-diode UV blocks

- ► A line with power and irradiation zone size gradation

Printing head drivers
convert unified interface signals into ones suitable for every printing head model
if necessary they adjust the voltage, temperature, the impulse form and duration
Servo driver management modules
carry out unified management of servo drives of any type
provide material and printing carriage transference with set speed, acceleration and braking with high positioning precision
Vacuum generator and ink pumps management system consists of two boards that make:
- control of ink level in sub-tanks,
- ink pumps management,
- set and stabilization of rarefaction in printing heads,
- various service modes (e.g. printing heads cleaning).
Manual control panel is equipped with LCD indicator which shows current information about the state of basic and auxiliary printer systems, push-button membrane panel used to manage printer units, and
magnetic fastening to printer body.
